Conference booth, table, staff, and miscellaneous sponsorship cancellation requests made to conference@phius.org by September 27, 2022 will be refunded, subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellation requests received on or after September 27, 2022 will receive a 75% refund. We are unable to provide refunds on advertising or sponsorship once materials have gone live (online) or to print. Packages are subject to change without notice
