We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CRM Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for administering and optimizing our Zoho CRM system and associated applications to support our fast-growing organization and our constituents. Your expertise will ensure our core systems are reliable, accurate, and tailored to day-to-day user needs while delivering key insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the Phius core operations and processes: Training, professional certification, continuing education, building certification, membership, community building, and research.
- Helping each functional team optimize productivity, and helping improve their constituents’ experience through CRM administration and organization
- Maintaining and troubleshooting when necessary, interface between the CRM and the user portal used by Phius Alliance members, certified professionals, and project submitters.
- Providing system administration support, especially related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
- Creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes to align with the organization’s growing needs.
- Creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Analyzing data to provide insights into the operation, effectiveness, and productivity of each team.
- Assisting in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Supporting the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support.
- Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with a solid analytical and technical background.
- 2+ years of CRM Administration experience, e.g., ideally Zoho
- Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems, including custom modules, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
- Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, data structure, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
