The Phius Non-Residential Summit 2025 is a two-day virtual event that will showcase a sampling of Phius Certified non-residential projects and explore all the Phius non-residential certification program has to offer. Taking place May 20-21, this summit will feature a range of non-residential buildings that have successfully achieved Phius certification, offering insights into their design, performance, and certification process. Members of the Phius certification staff will also present, allowing you to determine if Phius certification is right for your next non-residential project.

Whether you’re an architect, builder, developer, or policymaker, this summit will equip you with the knowledge and tools to create healthier, more efficient non-residential buildings.

Summit Schedule

May 20: Phius Non-Res in Action

Day 1 will spotlight real-world case studies from Phius practitioners who have certified non-residential buildings, including a Phius Certified school and library. Scheduled to speak on Day 1 are: Tom Boeman, Owner of Boeman Design; Julie Kriegh, Founder & Principal of Kriegh Architecture Studios; and Julie Blazek, Partner at HKP Architects.

May 21: Achieving Phius Non-Res Certification

Day 2 will feature Phius staff experts who will break down how the Phius standard applies to non-residential buildings and provide practical guidance for achieving certification. Staff members scheduled to speak are: James Ortega, Phius Certification Program Director; and Haley Harlow, Phius Building Certification Manager.
