Tony has a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College, a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an Associate’s Degree from S.U.N.Y. in Internal Combustion Engine Engineering Technology.
His 36+ years of experience includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing design with an engineering firm, serving as a Maintenance Specialist and Account Executive with Con Edison of New York, Director of Energy Sales with Robison Energy and currently serving as Managing Director at Integral Building & Design, Inc. in Nyack, New York.
Tony has certified more than 3000 dwelling units for the EPA Energy Star Program and more than 1000 units for EPA Indoor airPLUS. He has also certified numerous DOE ZERH, Phius+ homes and completed HERS Ratings for IECC compliance
He is a Certified Energy Manager, Phius Certified Rater, Verifier and Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC®), D.O.E. Zero Energy Ready Home Verifier, RESNET Quality Assurance Designee, RESNET Rater Trainer, Certified Green Professional by NAHB, and IECC/HERS Compliance Specialist and has numerous certifications from the Building Performance Institute.
He previously served on the Board of Directors of the BPCA/NYS, Phius Alliance - Hudson Valley Chapter, several RESNET working groups, is Co-Chair of the Rockland Business Association Green Council, and past Vice-President of the NEHERS. Since 2018, he has been QA/QC Manager for Phius.
