Michael Franco serves as the Operations Manager at Phius.
Franco joined Phius in October 2020 as the Product Certification Manager. In addition to streamlining product certification operations, he helped lead the development and deployment of the new Phius Certified Window and Door Database. Franco has also worked under the supervision of Graham Wright (Phius Senior Scientist) to model fenestration products in LBNL THERM and WINDOW in support of the Phius Window and Door Certification program's Orange Path.
Since 2021, Franco has also supported PhiusCon with event-level financial projections and trade show management. In October 2023, he transitioned to his role as Phius' Operations Manager, where he now guides teams focused on launching new initiatives and delivering operational improvements.
Prior to his time at Phius, Franco worked as an account manager for an MRO distributor. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Chapman University and an M.S. in Project Management from the University of Southern California.
