Sean oversees development activities at Threshold Development Group including design, entitlements, financial analysis, project management, and sustainability initiatives.

Sean is a licensed architect (WI) and Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC). Sean is interested in creating long-lasting and meaningful value for all stakeholders by leveraging sound investment strategies, building science practices, design-thinking, sustainability, and community engagement.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
