The Phius REVIVE 2024 Assessment & Investigation Workbooks contain the majority of the documentation required during Phase 1 of the REVIVE 2024 Program for Phius certification. The tabs in the workbooks are intended to be completed from top to bottom, left to right, as the workbooks contain a plethora of built-in automations to assist the CPHC in determining and tracking all requirements that will need to be met during Phase 2: Design.
