PhiusCon 2023 created a palpable buzz around passive building in Texas and beyond. With a number of sessions dedicated to passive building practice in hot and humid climates, a tour of local passive projects and a bevvy of large, Houston-area builders and developers in attendance, PhiusCon 2023 provided a much-needed spark to the high-performance building industry in the area.
