Exhibit Hall Address: The Palmer House, 17 E Monroe St, Fourth Floor, Chicago, IL 60603

The exhibit hall is on the fourth floor of the hotel, just above the session breakout rooms. There is an escalator that connects the two areas. A freight elevator that runs from the loading dock to the fourth floor is available for setup and teardown. See the “Loading Dock” and “Freight Elevator” sections below for details.

The exhibit hall opens at 5:00 PM for an opening reception open to the public and closes 8:00 PM.

Thursday, October 27

Check with the Palmer House first – please review the Exhibitor Shipping Packet or call (312) 726-7500 before shipping any materials. The Palmer House Hotel has very limited storage space available for exhibitor shipments and may not be able to accommodate crates or pallets. Please ensure your shipments arrive no earlier than Tuesday, October 25.

Yes, booth power is included in the cost of your exhibit space but you must notify Phius and complete a Palmer House electricity form to order power for your booth.

Exhibitors will still need to provide their own extension cords and gaffer's or cable tape to tape down power cables in order to mitigate tripping hazards. Power is located very close to booth spaces, so no long cable runs will be necessary.

Exhibitors will need to provide any lights, monitors, or TV screens they wish to use at their exhibit space.

The hotel has a single, six-bay, concrete dock with an alley entrance off of Wabash Avenue and the alley exit to Adams Street (right turn only). There are no turnarounds inside the dock area.

Important note for long trucks: Forty-eight foot and larger trucks are not allowed between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday–Friday without a city permit. Forty-eight foot trucks must back into the dock from Adams St. and are limited to one bay only.

Yes, the principal freight elevator is Car 36. It runs from the loading dock to the same floor as the exhibit hall (fourth floor).

Yes. Your company representatives will be responsible for setting up your exhibit space. No union labor is required to assemble any exhibitor pop-ups, backdrops, equipment, or any booth-level AV needs like small TVs or monitors. Booth power must be requested and turned on; Phius will provide exhibitors with a form for power requests.

Yes, an exhibitor ticket or booth staff ticket is equivalent to a Core Conference ticket. Exhibitors and booth staff members who are registered may attend conference sessions. We suggest switching out between your staff so someone remains at your booth to field questions

No. Do not respond to these emails or engage with the senders in any way. These offers are fraudulent and you should discard them. Phius does not sell attendee or exhibitor lists or email addresses. These unsolicited emails are now regrettably commonplace in the conference and trade show industry.
