Have a question about a Phius project you're working on? Not sure where you stand on your professional credentials? Need help with a password reset? Don't hesitate to reach out to us!

The Phius Contact Us form is the most efficient way to receive support from our staff. Your questions and concerns are important to us, and we want to provide the best service possible. This blog will cover some pro tips on how to help us help you!

Just the FAQs

On the Contact Phius page, you'll find a few bullet points covering frequently asked questions to help answer common inquiries. We recommend reviewing these before reaching out, but we're always here and happy to help either way!

A Screenshot is Worth 1,000 Words

Are you experiencing a technical issue with the Phius Portal or the Training Site? Take a screenshot! This will help us better understand the issue you’re encountering. Along with your description of the problem and a screenshot, providing key information such as your computer’s operating system (are you using Windows? Mac?) and internet browser (are you using Chrome? Firefox? Edge?) will help us more efficiently narrow down the root cause of the issue you’re experiencing.

To the Portal, Batman

Are you a Phius Alliance member looking to register for an event? Be sure to sign up through the Phius Portal to make the most of your membership benefits! Registering via the Portal guarantees you will receive the discounted rate for your chosen event. If you don't, you'll be charged the full rate. If you are registering for the first time and have not yet signed into the Phius Portal, be sure to register your account first.

Submitting Twice Won’t Make it Twice as Fast

Your inquiries are important to us, and when you submit a support ticket, rest assured we’re actively working to take care of you! To help us serve you more efficiently, please submit your request just once (either by voicemail or through the contact form – not both). Multiple tickets for the same inquiry can lead to delays and confusion as we consolidate requests. Speaking of voicemails, be sure to clearly provide your contact information (phone, email, and Phius ID) and spare no details on the reason for your call.

Good Things Take Time – Processing Your Registration

We understand you are eager to get access to the training content or recertification exam you just registered for. We would be too! Once we receive your registration, please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your request, as there is behind the scenes administrative work to perform to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

Four Weeks to Grading Glory

You have just completed your training content and certification exam, so what’s next? After the exam deadline, it takes our grading team about four weeks to thoroughly review submissions and confirm that you’ve demonstrated the skills required to become a Phius Certified professional. With each cohort containing about 15-20 students on average, we carefully assess each student’s work. Hang tight – you’ll be a certified professional before you know it!

CEU at the Finish Line - Stay Certified

If you attend a Phius sponsored event and are looking for continuing education credits, be sure to stay until the end of presentations for session code information. There are multiple avenues to report your CEUs, including the self-report link. Also, be sure to review our blog post on how to maintain your credentials as a Phius professional.

One Email to Rule Them All

Make sure to use a single email for all things Phius! Using multiple emails can lead to confusion and duplicate records in our system. We work hard to consolidate and maintain your records to prevent future issues, ensuring you keep the same Phius ID you've come to rely on. That means whether signing up for a webinar, conference or registering a project, the same email should be used every time.

Check your Junk Folder

Didn’t receive your password reset or Training Site login email? Be sure to check your junk or spam folder! Although we strive to deliver all our communications directly to your inbox, sometimes legitimate emails get incorrectly flagged as spam. Still don’t see your email? We’ll be happy to investigate this for you!

When In Doubt, Read The Fine Print

The Phius website, and many of our emails, are packed with important information that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Be sure to thoroughly read Phius emails about training, events, and announcements. You may just find answers to questions you didn’t even know you had!
